Fish Habitat Structures for Community Ponds

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, on behalf of DNR DWR Wildlife, is requesting quotes for various fish habitat structures. The required items include 100 Honey Hole Trees, 50 Honey Hole Shrubs, and 5 12-packs of Honey Hole Discs, plus freight. Vendors must submit quotes that strictly comply with the specifications outlined in the Scope of Work Requirements. Alternate or multiple quotes will not be accepted; only the primary bid will be considered. Any exceptions to the RFQ specifications must be formally protested in writing to the Division of Purchasing before the closing date. The Division of Purchasing reserves the right to solicit additional quotes via email, phone, or other methods permitted by the Utah Procurement Code.
