Storage Building and Alternative Fuel Center Construction

This solicitation is for the construction of a storage building and alternative fuel center. Addendum #1, issued on May 14, 2026, modifies the original Request for Proposal (RFP) 2026-06. Proposers are responsible for the site plan and permitting process. Building plans, drawings, and construction specifications must be provided to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and any other required local, county, or state agencies. Professional fees, including those for architects, engineers, surveyors, specialty consultants, and subcontractors for design development and construction, are the responsibility of the awarded firm. Proposals must indicate "ADDENDUM #1 RECEIVED" on the exterior of the proposal package.
