James Construction Agricultural Lease

Boulder County Parks & Open Space is soliciting proposals from qualified parties for the lease of approximately 31 acres of the James Construction Agricultural Open Space property. Historically, this land has been utilized for organic fruit and vegetable production. The lease agreement includes a 5-acre buffer zone along the northern portion of the property, which the leaseholder will manage for hay production. Additionally, the selected leaseholder will be responsible for serving as the ditch rider for the Farmers Ditch.
