Description
The Town of Bedford is seeking quotes for weekly pickup and disposal of organic food waste at six locations. The initial contract term is one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option for an additional year renewal, subject to funding availability. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor offering the lowest price for all service locations, inclusive of all associated labor, materials, transport, fuel, insurance, and fees. Pricing must remain firm throughout the contract period. Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project.
