Ductile Iron Spools for Gwinnett County

Gwinnett County is soliciting informal written quotations from qualified suppliers for ductile iron spools. The solicitation includes four line items for spools with varying dimensions and tap sizes. Specifically, the county requires 10 units of 3" flange x flange x 12" lay spool with a 2" tap, 8 units of 4" flange x flange x 12" lay spool with a 2" tap, 8 units of 6" flange x flange x 12" lay spool with a 2" tap, and 2 units of 8" flange x flange x 12" lay spool with a 2" tap. Unit prices must include all charges, including delivery. Delivery is FOB Destination Prepaid and Allowed to the Gwinnett County DWRC Central Facility at 684 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The county requests a minimum of three references where work of similar size and scope has been completed. Vendors are reminded that submission of quotes from firms on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered.
