Event Center Products, Services, and Related Items

This solicitation from ESC Region 19 is for a variety of event center products and services, with the potential for multiple vendors to be awarded contracts. Offerors are expected to provide detailed pricing for all items, services, and equipment, including delivery options. The scope includes, but is not limited to, floral arrangements, event lighting, event props, DJ services, audio equipment, rental equipment, pastry and food catering, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, contracted event services, linens, and smallwares. Vendors offering alcoholic beverages must be authorized by the state of Texas. All awarded vendors will be required to provide insurance and will work directly with the ESC Region 19 Special Events Coordinator for planning and execution. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations is mandatory. Deliveries and services require express written approval via purchase order or signed agreement.
