The Oregon Department of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking quotes for one Mobile Command Center (Trailer). This specialized trailer will be used to support statewide emergency and disaster communications and response efforts. The command center must be fully insulated and sealed for four-season operation, with a heavy-duty chassis and outriggers for stability. It needs to accommodate a conference room with a Smartboard, seating for up to 7 personnel, and integrated AV and networking capabilities. Additionally, the trailer will feature three dedicated workstations, each equipped with monitors, VOIP phones, and charging ports. Power will be supplied by a diesel generator with solar and battery backup, and shore power capabilities. HVAC, LED lighting, and robust networking infrastructure including Wi-Fi, Starlink readiness, and VOIP systems are required. The command center must also include a networked laser printer and exterior audio-visual outputs. The trailer is to be delivered to the City of Bend at 555 NE 15th Street, Bend, OR 97701.
