Comprehensive Medical Services for MDC Guaynabo

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services at MDC Guaynabo, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This solicitation is for commercial products or services and is not set aside for small businesses. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, plus a potential 6-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. The scope of services includes providing inpatient and outpatient facility services, as well as professional medical services, all conforming to community standards and applicable laws and regulations. Offerors are encouraged to propose comprehensive services, and the BOP reserves the right to award any or all line items. The contract will be evaluated based on price, technical merit, and past performance.
