Demolition of 91 Vale St.

The City of Battle Creek is seeking bids for the demolition of a building and its foundation in its entirety at 91 Vale Street. Bidders are encouraged to read the entire Invitation for Bid (IFB) before submitting their bids. Bids must be submitted through the city's secure online website by registered vendors. A single PDF file containing all requested submittals should be uploaded. Bids are due by June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. Late bids will not be considered.
