Remodeling of Weber State University Women's Soccer Locker Room

Weber State University is soliciting bids for construction services to remodel the Women's Soccer Locker Room. The scope of work includes demolition of existing lockers, carpet, wall base, and ceiling grid and tile, as well as bathroom wall and floor tile, and door frame and door. The remodel will involve installing new lockers (Shield lockers as basis of design, 30 total), carpet, ceiling grid and tile, bathroom floor and wall tile, patching and painting, wall base, a sound system with speakers and Bluetooth capability, upgraded lighting, and a new storefront door frame and door. There are no architect plans provided; as-builts and a floor plan are attached for reference. The project completion date is August 6th, 2026.
