University of Oregon 2026 Retainer Program - Consulting Services

The University of Oregon (UO) is seeking consulting services for their 2026 Retainer Program. This opportunity is for new applicants; firms that have already renewed their 2016 retainer to the current 2026 program do not need to take further action. The University of Oregon is an AA/EEO employer and encourages participation from Oregon-based businesses, including women, minority-owned, and emerging small business enterprises. Vendors participating in the bidding process are responsible for checking the UO Business Opportunities website daily for new opportunities, addenda, cancellations, or intents to award. UO will not notify vendors via email or other means. All participating vendors and contractors must adhere to UO's institutional policies prohibiting sexual harassment in their interactions with the university community.
