Pest Control Services for DLA Troop Support

This solicitation is for pest control services for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support and other DLA activities located at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Philadelphia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. The service area covers approximately 790,000 square feet across six separate buildings. The scope of work includes inspection, identification, and control of various pests such as cockroaches, rodents, ants, flies, bees, wasps, and nuisance animals. The contractor will employ IPM techniques, prioritizing non-pesticidal methods and using pesticides only as a last resort, with all applications adhering to label directions and relevant environmental regulations. Services will include regular inspections, treatments, removal of pest matter, and trapping/removal of live animals, with specific response times outlined for different types of service calls. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price delivery order. The period of performance includes a base period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with two 12-month option periods.
