Prosper Independent School District (PISD) is issuing a multi-award Request for Proposal (RFP) for Emergency Restoration Services and Emergency Services. The district aims to establish a list of awarded vendors from which to obtain these services as needed. There is no guarantee of expenditure or specific vendor usage; PISD will select vendors based on best-fit requirements for each purchase. Submissions are due by 2:00 PM CST on May 28, 2026, and must be submitted online through the IonWave e-bid system. Emailed and faxed submissions will not be accepted. The contract term will be for one year from the date of award, with four automatic one-year extensions upon mutual agreement. PISD reserves the right to extend the RFP deadline via addendum and may require additional information from proposers prior to final selection. Any contact with PISD employees outside of the Purchasing Department regarding this solicitation is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
