Support for Sustainable Improvement Efforts

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is issuing this Departmental Master Agreement (MA) to solicit bids from vendors capable of supporting sustainable improvement initiatives for schools, districts, and the state.
