Ground Maintenance, Utility Vehicles & Agricultural Equipment Services

The City of South Fulton is seeking proposals from qualified and authorized equipment dealers and manufacturers to supply grounds maintenance equipment, agricultural equipment, utility vehicles, attachments, OEM parts, and authorized service support. The contract will cover the lifecycle of the equipment, including maintenance, repair, and warranty services, for various city departments. Key services include equipment supply (commercial mowers, compact tractors, UTVs, etc.), parts supply, delivery (30-60 days after PO), and warranty repair. Proposers must maintain certified technicians and offer local service through a facility within 50 miles or documented mobile field service capabilities. The contract will be an indefinite quantity, non-exclusive contract with potential for up to three one-year renewal options.
