The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is seeking to procure three identical stock power transformers with specifications including 15/20/25/28 MVA capacity, 69/13.2 kV voltage, and ONAN/ONAF/ONAF cooling with load tap changing (LTC) capabilities. The transformers will be delivered to GRDA's Transmission & Engineering Headquarters in Pryor, Oklahoma. Bids are now due by May 14, 2026, with questions due by May 12, 2026. The award will be based on best value, considering price, delivery, adherence to specifications, and the ability to meet project needs.
