Edgebrook Golf Course Water Sourcing Rebid

The City of Brookings, South Dakota is soliciting bids for the Rebid - Edgebrook Golf Course Water Sourcing project. This project involves significant underground utility work, including the installation of approximately 6,000 lineal feet of 8" watermain, installation of underground valve vaults, valves, and SCADA systems. The scope also includes approximately 1,500 cubic yards of owner-furnished clay liner material, unclassified excavation, dewatering, and the installation of approximately 360 lineal feet of 16" steel encasement via jack and bore. The project requires adherence to detailed specifications for various components, including PVC pipe, ductile iron fittings, gate valves, air release valves, and tracer wire. The work also encompasses site clearing, earthmoving, trenching, excavation, backfilling, aggregate base course, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk installation, and turf and grass restoration. Instrumentation and control systems, including PLC systems and float level switches, will be installed in a new control panel at the irrigation well house and integrated with the BMU control system.
