Pine Ridge High School Kitchen and Dining HVAC, Ceiling, and Lighting Upgrades

Volusia County Schools, through Construction Manager Wharton-Smith, Inc., is soliciting proposals for upgrades to the HVAC, ceilings, and lighting in the existing 14,585 SF kitchen and dining areas at Pine Ridge High School. The scope of work includes concrete, sealants, fireproofing, doors, hardware, acoustical ceilings, epoxy flooring, resilient rubber base, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Bids are due by January 14, 2026. Payment and Performance Bonds may be required. All onsite personnel must be registered with a valid JLA Badge.
