Water Treatment Chemicals for Town of Bethlehem

The Town of Bethlehem is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of water treatment chemicals, including Zinc Orthophosphate and Poly-Orthophosphate, as needed by the Department of Public Works. The Town reserves the right to extend the contract to other municipal and not-for-profit organizations in New York State, subject to vendor discretion. Bids are to be submitted to the Town Clerk. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM on June 12th, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, New York. Bidders must clearly mark the name and address of the bidder and the subject of the bid on the sealed envelope. An original and one copy of each bid must be submitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bid documents can be obtained from the Bethlehem Town Clerk's Office or downloaded from the Capital Region Purchasing Group via the Town of Bethlehem website.
