Emergency Large-Scale Logistics Services

Coast Electric Power Association is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of emergency large-scale logistics services. These services are intended to be utilized in the event of a major power outage and include the provision of sleeping quarters, showers, and toilet facilities, as well as catering services. Proposals will be evaluated based on the depth and detail of the returned RFP, pricing, past performance, and asset ownership. Coast Electric reserves the right to award contracts based on "best value" and not necessarily to the lowest bidder.
