Air Gases Supply and Maintenance

The United States is seeking information on vendors capable of providing, refilling, and maintaining various compressed gases. The requirement includes gases such as Aviator's Breathing Oxygen, Helium Oxygen Mix, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene, Geotech Mixed Calibration Gas, TVA Mixed Calibration Gas, Hydrogen, and Nitrox mixes (60/40 and 50/50). Vendors must be able to meet military and commercial specifications, provide certification paperwork, and ensure a one-week turnaround time for refilling and delivery. This includes the pickup of empty containers and return of filled containers, with a "one for one" swap of cylinders being acceptable. Additionally, vendors must be capable of maintaining and testing compressed gas cylinders, maintaining a stock of 16 cylinders for swap purposes at the Portsmouth facility, and properly disposing of condemned cylinders in accordance with applicable regulations.
