Westside Middle School Elevator Replacement

Elkhart Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a replacement elevator at Westside Middle School. The project scope includes the elevator itself, the elevator lobby, and the laundry room. Bid documents and specifications can be obtained from Arc Document Solutions via their website. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by June 3, 2026, with answers to be provided on the website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at West Side Middle School. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of no less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Elkhart Community Schools. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
