Landscaping and Snow Removal Services for CFS Head Start

The Center for Family Services (CFS) Head Start is requesting proposals for professional landscaping and snow removal services. This includes comprehensive lawn care such as weekly mowing, bagging clippings, weed whacking, edging, debris cleaning, and routine monthly plant and bed care. Seasonal leaf removal and mulching of playgrounds to ASTM playground surface compliance are also required. For snow removal, services will encompass pre-treatment with ice melt, addressing melt and re-freeze areas, and timely snow removal and deicing before 7 AM for moderate snowfalls and immediate action for heavy accumulations. Priority will be given to walkways, driveways, and exterior egresses. The contract will be for a 12-month period, from August 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2027. It will be a per-unit price agreement, allowing CFS Head Start to add or remove locations as needed, with costs for new locations to be negotiated. The services will cover facilities in the City of Camden, Camden County, and Burlington County.
