Installation of Reverse Osmosis System at U.S. Coast Guard Station Cape Charles

This solicitation is for the procurement and installation of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) System at U.S. Coast Guard Station Cape Charles, located at 11 Marina Rd, Cape Charles, VA 23310. The system must be capable of providing purified potable water to six bathrooms and one commercial kitchen. The work includes installing the RO system, water filtration, a suitable water storage tank, configuring plumbing, installing isolation and bypass valves, wiring the system into existing electrical circuits, and providing one year of filters. The contractor will also train Coast Guard personnel on operation and maintenance. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price award, set aside 100% for HUBZone Small Businesses. A site visit is strongly encouraged and was scheduled for April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
