Bulk Delivery of Petroleum and Bio-Diesel Fuels

The County of Lancaster is soliciting bids for Bulk Delivery of Petroleum and Bio-Diesel Fuel Services for the County and the Lancaster County Cooperative Purchasing Board (LCCPB). The base contract will be for a period of one (1) year, with potential for extension. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, and services required to provide and deliver petroleum and bio-diesel products in the estimated quantity, type, quality, and locations specified. Pricing will be based on market fluctuations as reported by the OPIS Wholesale Rack Report for the Harrisburg Area.
