The Residences at 340 North - Material Delivery Logistics Prequalification

A.C. Development, LLC is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from material delivery logistics providers to support the construction of The Residences at 340 North (Phase I), located in Estate St. Joseph and Rosendahl, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. This future development will be comprised of tax parcels 4I and 4J REM. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued through VIHFA's IonWave e-Procurement System. The Residences at 340 North is a multi-phase residential development consisting of approximately 80 residential units, including townhomes and single-family homes, along with all supporting infrastructure. Phase I includes the construction of approximately twenty-two (22) two-story townhome units, together with all associated infrastructure, utilities, and site improvements. This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and does not request pricing. Following evaluation, A.C. Development intends to establish a prequalified pool of material delivery logistics providers. This RFQ represents the first phase of a two-step procurement process, whereby qualified Respondents will be shortlisted and invited to participate in a subsequent Invitation for Bid (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) for Package E, Material Delivery & Logistics. Respondents will be evaluated based on relevant logistics and freight experience, transportation, warehousing, and delivery capacity, systems & tracking, financial capacity, regulatory compliance, and experience with federally funded projects.
