Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking proposals for a lease of warehouse and related space in Fort Worth, Texas. The requirement is for approximately 23,450 usable square feet of office, laboratory, and warehouse space, along with a secured, fenced ware yard of 67,500 square feet. The lease term is for 20 years, with 15 years firm. Offers are due by June 6, 2026. The space will be used by the U.S. Geological Survey, Texas Water Science Center.
