Housing Rehabilitation - Sequoyah County

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The scope of work includes carpentry, demolition, drywall and finish, electrical, paint and finish, and plumbing. The project must be completed within 45 working days. The home has tested positive for ACM and LBP, and bidders must adhere to safe work practices as detailed in the attached reports. Liquidated damages of $100.00 per working day will be charged for exceeding the contract end date. To be considered responsive and responsible, bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up. TERO certification through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office is required to receive preference, and proof of certification must accompany submittals. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements.
