Lease Purchase Financing for Calendar Year 2026 Equipment

Summit County Government is seeking bids for lease purchase financing for several pieces of equipment designated for calendar year 2026. The financing will cover a John Deere 644P Wheel Loader, two Western Star trucks (a Plow Truck 47X2027 and a Dump Truck 49X), and a Caterpillar D8-BR Dozer. The total purchase price for all equipment is $2,154,465. The county is interested in financing all pieces of equipment under a single financing agreement and is open to various payment options, including annual payments in advance. An escrow account may be necessary due to the timing of equipment delivery. Proposals should be submitted by Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5 p.m. Emailed proposals are acceptable.
