West Virginia Board of Medicine Court Reporting Services

The West Virginia Board of Medicine is requesting bids for court reporting services for Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029. The contract is expected to cover approximately four court reporters and has a total not-to-exceed amount of $15,000.00 for the entire term. Services include attending court and administrative hearings, recording proceedings, creating full records of hearings, documenting files with exhibits and indexes, preserving notes as required by law, and providing original and copy transcripts to the Board. Vendors must be certified and licensed in West Virginia, with strong consideration given to those with knowledge of complex medical terminology.
