Event Amusement Rental Services

Dona Ana County is soliciting bids for event amusement rental services. The contract will be for an initial period through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, not to exceed a total of five years. The county reserves the right to multi-source award this ITB and will place orders on an "as needed" indefinite quantity basis. Purchases are obligated by purchase order only. The scope of services includes the rental of commercial-grade inflatable jumping balloons/bounce houses, inflatable obstacle courses, mechanical bulls with operators and safety enclosures, and NASCAR-style driving simulators with equipment and operation. Delivery, setup, and removal are included in the vendor's responsibility. All equipment must be in good condition and functional, comply with safety standards, and interactive equipment requires supervision and operators. The vendor must also maintain required insurance. Specific rental items include compact/small, standard, large, obstacle course, and specialty jump balloon inflatables, each requiring a blower, stakes, and patch kit. Driving simulators are specified as NASCAR-style with screens and controls. Operators are required for all interactive equipment to manage and oversee operations and ensure user safety.
