Cornerstone Award Signage Design, Fabrication, and Installation

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) is requesting bids for the design, fabrication, and installation of Cornerstone Award Art project/signage. This signage will be located on the first floor of the Student Union. UWM prefers installation to occur as soon as possible, but all work must be completed no later than December 31st, 2026. The contract will be for one (1) year starting from the date of award, with terms, conditions, and pricing remaining the same for the duration. The installation site will be prepared by UWM prior to the contractor's arrival. All products provided must be new and meet minimum specifications outlined in Exhibit C, including a minimum 10-year service life. The contractor must provide a project manager and ensure all personnel have passed a criminal background check. Installation will be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid and Installed, with the contractor responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight costs. The contractor must also provide a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and a minimum one-year product warranty.
