Vermont Work for Warriors Program Services

The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) requires employment placement support services for the Work for Warriors Vermont program. This contract aims to connect Vermont National Guard members, Reservists, veterans, and their families with employment opportunities, education benefits, retention incentives, and transition services. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and outreaching to eligible individuals, providing information on available benefits, and developing programs to improve service effectiveness. Specific services include resume writing assistance, social networking, and interview skills coaching. Performance is expected during typical duty hours, Monday through Friday, and will take place at multiple locations across Vermont, including Newport, Jericho, Colchester, and Rutland.
