Athletics and Cheer Equipment, Supply, and Uniform Vendors

Texarkana Independent School District (TISD) is requesting proposals from vendors for athletics and cheer equipment, supplies, and uniforms. This contract is initially awarded for one year with four additional one-year automatic renewal periods, for a potential total of five years. Pricing will be based on a percentage discount from a published catalog or price list. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, vendor reputation and quality of goods/services, past relationship with the district, how well the goods/services meet district needs, impact on compliance with historically underutilized business laws, and whether the vendor has its principal place of business in Texas or employs at least 500 persons in Texas. TISD reserves the right to obtain quotes from multiple awarded vendors for specific purchases and to put out separate RFPs if deemed necessary. The district prefers orders to be FOB Destination with free shipping.
