Cisco IP Phones and Accessories

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Cisco Systems phones and related accessories. This is a total small business set-aside procurement on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis, and award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable solution (LPTA). The required items include Cisco IP Phone 8861 (TAA compliant), power transformers for the 8800 phone series, North American power cords, Cisco 8832 IP Phone bases (TAA compliant, charcoal color, for North America), Cisco 8832 non-PoE Ethernet accessories, and Cisco 8832 wired microphone kits. All equipment must be new, TAA compliant, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and provide documentation to support this status. Technical acceptability will be evaluated against the RFQ specifications, and price reasonableness will be determined in accordance with FAR 12.209 and 13.106-3. Offers will be ranked by price, with the lowest-priced acceptable offer being considered for award. Prospective contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
