Special Investigation Attorney Services

The Township of Irvington is seeking proposals for a Special Investigation Attorney. This solicitation is being conducted through a Fair and Open Procurement Process in accordance with New Jersey law. Detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) can be obtained from the Finance and Revenue Department, Division of Purchasing, at One Civic Square, Irvington, NJ 07111, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per RFP packet, payable by check to the Township of Irvington. Proposals must be received by the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building, Room 116, One Civic Square, Irvington, New Jersey 07111, no later than Wednesday, May 06, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers. They must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Proposer's Name and the title "SPECIAL INVESTIGATION ATTORNEY," and addressed to the TOWNSHIP CLERK, TOWNSHIP OF IRVINGTON, One Civic Square, Irvington, NJ 07111. The submission requires one original and four copies. All proposals must be typed; handwritten proposals may be rejected. Service Contractors must comply with Affirmative Action, Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts, and Disclosure of Ownership requirements.
