The City of Bozeman is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Permits, Licenses, & Code Enforcement (PLCE) software and associated implementation services. This procurement aims to acquire a comprehensive solution to manage the city's building and development permits, engineering permits for public right-of-way management, licenses, and code enforcement functions. Proposals must be submitted as a single, searchable PDF document along with required Excel attachments, preferably in a single email to procurement@bozemanmt.gov by May 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM Mountain Time. Submissions must comply with current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level A and AA Success Criteria. Respondents are advised of the City's email attachment size limit of 25MB; arrangements can be made with the City Clerk for larger files. The subject line of the transmittal email must clearly identify the RFP title, company name, and due date/time. Late submittals will not be considered.
