Alcohol and Substance Abuse Testing Services

The City of Greenville, South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to provide comprehensive alcohol and substance abuse testing services. Vendors must possess the necessary expertise, licenses, and qualifications to administer these services in accordance with current and future testing requirements. Proposals will be accepted electronically until 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on May 8, 2026. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 P.M. on April 27, 2026.
