The City of Glenn Heights, Texas is requesting applications from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive bank depository services. The selected institution will be responsible for managing the City's five checking accounts, including standard disbursement and deposit services, wire transfers, ACH services, fraud protection, stop payments, online banking, direct deposit, and providing monthly account statements. The City aims to minimize banking costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize investment capabilities through this contract. The contract period is for three years, beginning September 1, 2026, and ending August 31, 2029, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms, not to exceed five years in total. The City prefers electronic submissions via Public Purchase but will also accept paper copy applications. All submissions must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
