Carpentry Services for the City of Laconia

The City of Laconia Department of Public Works is seeking statements of qualifications from New Hampshire Licensed Contractors to perform on-call carpentry services. This contract will be for a three-year period, with the potential for multiple firms to be pre-qualified. The selected contractors will be responsible for routine service, repair, and emergency maintenance of Department of Public Works maintained buildings, as well as various repairs for ongoing Public Works projects. Services may include framing, window installation, door installation, deck installation, finish carpentry, and other tasks requiring a licensed contractor. A written estimate will be required and approved before work commences. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the work, complying with all applicable regulations and OSHA standards. Firms should submit a "Statement of Qualifications" including their size, experience, staff resumes, technical competence, past performance, references, current workload, capacity, and any potential conflicts of interest.
