Electrical Equipment, Parts, and Supplies

Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the provision of electrical equipment, parts, and supplies. Vendors are required to register and submit their proposals electronically through the district's e-Bidding website, https://rgccisd.ionwave.net/. Any questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online by Wednesday, May 6, 2026, with responses to be posted by Friday, May 8, 2026. Proposals are due by 2:30 PM CT on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the vendor providing the best value to the district. The initial contract term is for one year, with the option for two additional one-year extensions, subject to agreement by both parties. The district is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax, and therefore, tax should not be included in proposals. All required documents, including a W9, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Form 1295, must be uploaded via the 'Response Attachments' tab.
