Boswell Maintenance Station Storage Building Roof Replacement

This project involves the replacement of the roof on the storage building at the Boswell maintenance station. The scope includes a base bid and an alternate bid. The base bid requires the removal and disposal of the existing roof and insulation, followed by the installation of a new standing seam metal roof, gutters, and metal ceiling tiles in the wash bay area. Alternate Bid 1 involves the deletion of insulation and the addition of a vapor barrier and plywood roof sheathing.
