The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, is seeking qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to provide comprehensive linen services for the Durham VA Medical Center. The services include the laundering and finishing of bulk laundry items under a hybrid-rental model, which combines rented items with Customer Owned Goods (COG) support. This model aims to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality textile products while optimizing cost efficiency and minimizing logistical burdens. All laundered items must be cleaned, sanitized, and free from wrinkles, lint, and stains, adhering to industry standards. This is a firm-fixed-price contract. The estimated annual weight of items to be laundered is 1,200,000 pounds. This requirement is 100% an SDVOSB set-aside.
