Internal Extermination Services for Providence Housing Authority

The Providence Housing Authority (PHA) is seeking proposals for internal extermination services to address common household pests and specialized bed bug treatments across PHA properties. The selected vendor will be required to provide one full-time technician, with the capacity to scale to a second technician if needed, to work 1-5 days per week alongside a PHA employee. Services include real-time data sharing and detailed weekly reporting for each unit treated. The contract is expected to be for a five-year term with a total budget not to exceed $500,000.00.
