Air Gases and Cylinder Services

The United States is seeking information on vendors capable of supplying, refilling, and maintaining various compressed gases, including Aviator's Breathing Oxygen, Helium Oxygen Mix, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene, Geotech Mixed Calibration Gas, TVA Mixed Calibration Gas, Hydrogen, and Nitrox mixes. The vendor must be able to refill gases to specified military and commercial standards, provide all necessary certification paperwork, and ensure a turnaround time of one week for refills. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for the pickup of empty containers and return of filled containers within one week, with a "one for one" swap of cylinders being acceptable. Maintenance and testing of compressed gas cylinders, as well as the disposal of condemned cylinders in accordance with applicable regulations, are also required. The vendor must also have the capacity to maintain 16 cylinders of specific gases at the Portsmouth facility for swap purposes.
