General Roofing Repair and Replacement Services

Prince William Water is soliciting bids for general roofing repair and replacement services. This is a requirements-type contract to establish terms and pricing for work to be performed on an as-needed basis. The services include demolition, repair, replacement of roofing systems, decking, insulation, gutters, and exterior finishes. All work must comply with industry standards, including those set by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA). The contract will be for an initial one-year term with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
