Waterjet Cutters for Tinker Air Force Base

The Air Force Sustainment Center's Maintenance Contracting Branch intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for two (2) Waterjet Cutters. These cutters must have a minimum work envelope of 4mx2m, include 2 rotation axes on the cutter head and 3 gantry motion axes. They will utilize abrasive media and water through the cutter head, controlled by a 5-axis motion system, to cut material within the work envelope. A waste management system to separate waste material from the liquid in the work envelope is also required. Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training must be directly handled by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, with full and open competitive effort. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4940. Award will be based on the lowest total price, provided all quotations conform to the solicitation requirements. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Shipping is FOB Destination only to Tinker AFB, OK 73145.
