Travel Agent Services

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Office of Consumer Affairs Strategic Sourcing Team are soliciting bidders for travel agency services. The Office of Consumer Affairs and its affiliated agencies are seeking proposals from experienced Massachusetts travel agencies to assist with reservations and ticketing for employees traveling as part of their job duties. The travel agent will provide all aspects of planning, researching, and booking air travel, hotel/lodging accommodations, and ground transportation as appropriate. This includes providing cost-effective and budget conscious travel options. Contractors would be expected to be able to provide assistance to traveling staff in the event of an interruption to travel plans.
