Therapeutic Patient Care Equipment Rental Services

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)/California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) is soliciting bids for therapeutic patient care equipment rental services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, travel, per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to offer these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Response times for delivery requests must be no more than 24 hours from the time requests are submitted. The rental period begins when the equipment is set in place and terminates when the equipment is removed or two calendar days after written notification is sent to the contractor. The contract term is anticipated to be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. Bidders must possess at least three years of experience in therapeutic patient care equipment rental services, be located within California, and have positive references for similar services performed within the last five years.
