Klamath County Public Works is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to perform roadway and traffic signal improvements at three intersections: Homedale Road/Harlan Drive, Shasta Way/Homedale Road, and Shasta Way/Summers Lane. The estimated duration for this project is between 24 and 30 months, with an anticipated consultant fee range of $650,000 to $850,000. Proposals must be submitted in person to Brian Pisan, P.E., County Engineer/Deputy Public Works Director, at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97601, no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on June 16, 2026. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. A selection committee will review and evaluate the proposals shortly after the deadline. There is no required pre-proposal meeting.
